It is a sad, sad day. It’s not as if I’m going to believe everything I read, but most of the time, Entertainment Weekly’s opinions are very similar to my own, even if they did give a B- to ”The House Bunny,” which I truly doubt is worthy of such a grade.
But, their grade for my most [...]

The other day, Ryan and I had our six month cleaning. And we normally go together, so when the dentist asked who wanted to go first, Ryan and I rochambeau’d for the honor.

This morning I finally finished book 8 of Charlaine Harris’ southern vampire series about the character Sookie Stackhouse. So, from Sunday to Sunday, I read more than a book a [...]

Over the summer, I read a book by a local NOVA writer, Eric Nuzum, titled “The Dead Travel Fast.” It looked at the pop culture of vampires, but was funnier than a typical book on history. More narrative, but with facts weaved throughout, so you didn’t know you were being taught anything, which I like.
Nuzum [...]
